Adding Custom Ringtones and Notifications

Hey guys - plugged in my Note 2 today thinking I could easily find the Notifications, alarms, and ringtones folders, which I did. However, they are all empty with the exception of the google+ hangout files (and there are two of them for some reason).

Where exactly are the default files (ringtones - AT&T firefly), etc? I was planning to just copy some .MP4 files over.
