Adding Folder to Home Screen

I can't find where to add a folder to the home screen. Before ICS, Long Press on the home screen brought up Add To Home Screen with Motorola Widgets, Android Widgets, Shortcuts, Folders and Wallpapers.

Now Long Press on the home screen brings up Choose Wallpaper from: Backup Assistant Plus, Live Wallpapers, My Gallery and Wallpapers.

I've looked in the Apps List Widgets, and there isn't a Folders widget.

Also, where did the Home button go?

Place one icon ove another icon, this will create the folder. Then when you click on that folder you can name it while it is open at the bottom of that folder.
