Help Adding Pictures To Contact Profile

Hi, all.

If I add my own picture to a phone contact and use a picture from within my Gallery, am I the only one who sees it on my phone, or if I include that person in a group call or text, will it populate that picture to others in that call or text?

I am using a picture from within a picture folder that I hid by renaming it with the dot "." in front.

As Tensazan said, the photo will only be display on your end.

If the users has a gmail account with profile pic for G+ or any other service, it will display by default in your contacts, but you can overwrite it with your own.

And if you use whatsapp+, you can force whatsapp+ to use your contacts photos instead of user's default.

I made all the photos in black and white, so they work nicely with my custom theme. Again, that's only for your end display.

Yeah dont worry.. like, my contact pic for my mother-in-law is that gollum/smeagle thing from lord of the rings and she dosent know it
