Help Adding sig to SMS

I just bought the E4GT for my son, and he wants to add his signature to all of his texts. On my Evo3D, I have on option in my SMS setting to turn on and set up a sig. I can't find a similar option in the E4GT.

There is not an option on the stock app. There are other apps in the market that will give you this option. Handcent is one.
 
The stock messaging app isn't bad on the E4GT, but since the stock app was horrid on all my previous phones, I switched to chompsms years ago. Really great messaging app that allows you to change all options like signatures, notification types, etc. Highly recommended. Plus, because it looks just like the iphone/ichat messaging bubbles, several people have thought I had some sort of next gen iphone and demanded they examine my phone. LOL
 
Well, I had him download Handcent, and he says it does everything he wants, so that's good. I actually put it on my Evo3D also, but I'm not too keen on it. It does have a lot of neat options, and being skinnable is cool, but I think I'll just stick with the default.

I'll have him give Chomp a try too. He is coming from a Blackberry, so the E4GT is quite a change for him.
 
Can the layout of the text messaging screen be change on E4GT from bubbles to a more standard layout? I don't see anything in the settings. If not has anyone found an app replacement? Thanks.
