Help Adding Symbols

[weephillie]

When I type a text message, after I have typed a word and press the space bar an extra panel appears above the keyboard with symbols on. ! ? , @ _ Can I add any extra symbols to this panel? I'm sure this must be possible and it would be very helpful.

Anyone help?

Yes. If you download an app like Perfect Keyboard Pro, then click on settings, then Perfect Keyboard settings, then Language and Keyboard, then tweaks, then punctuation editor: you can put whatever you want there or add more, if you like.

Maybe the S3 can do it with the Samsung Keyboard, so you wouldn't have to download another keyboard? However, for me, I only use Perfect Keyboard Pro. I don't like swype or slidex.

Thanks. The perfect keyboard does the job.
