Additional general questions

1) when I have my phone on cdma/lte option my signal is bad and sometime I don't have any when I actually do. When my phone is on cdma only the signal is good. What is causing this?

2) why can I not move apps to my sd card? I can only put things like music and stuff that I drag over from my computer

You can, but not in a way that you are expecting. The SD card uses the FAT32 file system which does not support the ACL file permission system that Android requires for applications that are installed on the system. However, there is a portion of the internal storage area (a mount point confusingly called "SD card") that is called the Media Area to which you can copy most applications (anything that has a home screen widget should not be moved there, and there are a few other apps that do not support it.)

From home, settings->applications->manage applications, tap the "Media Area" tab, and you will see a check mark next to your installed apps. Tap the check mark and "move to Media Area" button from the screen that pops up when you tap.

For the first one, I am not sure anyone knows, this has been an ongoing battle for us (some say it is due to the phones, others are saying it is due to the towers)

Me i am thinking it may be a software issue since there are reports with the latest ICS leaks that this has cleared.

I think it is a combination of the two and that is the reason it looks so unpredictable.

In this case it could be a poor 4G signal and a good 3G signal in that particular area. When you switch to 3G-only it seems great and when you have 4G enabled it seems bad.
