Every time I try to click on the address bar in the browser, it disappears and I end up clicking on whatever was behind it. It is extremely annoying. Is there a way to lock the address bar?

Oh no! I just made it disappear permanently! I want it to STAY permanently.
Go into settings>>>apps and clear cache/data to your browser and this will put it back to default state.

How do I make the address bar stay in view and not duck away every time I try to use it?
Well I use Chrome browser,So I see address bar all the time.

Chrome does the same thing. How did you get it to stop?
I stumped.

I guess with Chrome it's not as bad; it doesn't slip away immediately. It still hides when I scroll down, though.
