Address not found in CoPilot Live

I searched a family address in a well established neighborhood in Kansas City. The only option it gave me was an address at the beginning of the block. Does CoPilot Live not route to residential addresses. Thanks

It should. Which version do you have? Also, make sure you have the complete address that you are putting in.

It's not an inherent limitation of the app; it's more likely a result of incomplete map data. CoPilot uses their own mapping (as opposed to using Teleatlas or Navteq), and more often than not (in my experience) their mapping lags way behind that of others.
