Root AdFree and Pro versions of apps?

After rooting and installing "AdFree", will it remove all ads even from apps?
Reason I askis if it does, there really isn't a reason to purchase aPro version of an app where the only benefit is to remove the ads.

Paid versions don't have ads. All the ad blocker does is block the servers where the ads originate from.

That's what I was asking...since it "blocks the servers where the ads originate from", there isn't a reason to purchase the Pro version of an app if all the benefit is is to remove the ads included in the free version. Is this right?

No simple answer here, some apps, yes, some no

Some apps do have extra functionality with the paid version, some are just supplemented by the ads...
