Root Admiral Beast vs. Speed Tweaks?

I noticed that everyone is using them but,what's the big diference between them? D:
It would really help if someone could get this doubt out of my head.

I'm pretty sure admiral beast has the same tweaks from the thread, not the xda one, the speed + tweaks thread. I looked at the build.prop, i'm 100% sure those are the same tweaks..maybe.

You can also look at your build.prop using root explorer and compare it to the ones in the thread.

they are not all the same, net speed tweaks differ and some are not in the file like proximity default etc...
