AdMob difficulties

Hello! I hope this is in the right place as I need help asap

My app is now essentially complete, however I am having difficulty with adding Ads to my app.

05-18 23:53:57.209: E/Ads(6595): You must have AdActivity declared in AndroidManifest.xml with configChanges.

My manifest (shortened)

People have said I should change the Project target to 13 or above which I have done however this problem keeps occurring!

You do not know how happy I would be if someone knew what I was doing wrong, thanks

In your AndroidManifest.xml, try:

<uses-sdk android:minSdkVersion="8" android:targetSdkVersion="13"/>

And make sure your project.properties file has

target=android-13

Do you still get errors? If so, what errors are you getting?
