Apps Adobe AIR+Android Dev contest

I dont have much info other than what you might find on google unfortunately

I havent done AIR/Flash development in awhile, sorry. But it sounds like these two new Sony Tablets coming in November (I think) will have a lot of support for AIR apps.

From what I hear, not many apps use AIR currently, but it's not half bad if you wanna try it.

Thanks, ALostPacket!! I was trying out a photo edit app that required Adobe Air. I need to catchup on reading about the AIR concept and what it's features and interfacing offer. I do recall a demo i watched some time go where you could drag/drop files into a viewing panel and watch selected streaming... but i am not sure if i am recalling it correctly.

For the sake of others who may not know much about Adobe AIR (me included) do you have a summary review that you could share in a post that provide a brief overview of this tool?
 
No problem, I could write a quick sentence I guess :)

AIR stands for Adobe Integrated Runtime -- it's very similar to Java in purpose. It basically repackages Flash so that a Flash Developer could write an ActionScript or Flex application for the Desktop, Android, OSX, etc...
