Well folks, it's time to log into that Adobe account of yours or make one if you haven't already - you can now signup to be notified when Flash Player 10.1 for Android is available in beta. Just head on over to the Adobe's notification signup page to be among the first to know when the beta is available for download. Enjoy!
FYI- Adobe Air 2 for Android also has a beta notification signup page.

Thanks! I found this info about 10 minutes before I saw this thread, and came to post here :D Beat me to it. I signed up straight away... :D

Yeah, they are talking about May, but if Froyo is really a requirement, then I don't see the Droid getting it in time. It took long enough to release 2.1! I hope I'm wrong though...

Im sure someone on here or xda-developers will either be able to shoot the .apk (if it is an apk which I doubt) to everyone or include it in one of their mods.

It's in private beta as we speak. Maybe somebody from that group will be kind enough to leak it...

i got both, how many betas do we figure are out there. we can't all get it, maybe this isn't beta at all, its seeing how many people want it and how bad.

2H 2010. Delayed from 1H 2010. Already signed up for the beta.

Wrong. Adobe says no delays to Flash 10.1, CEO was just talking hardware -- Engadget

The 2H was for hardware, not for delaying software. In fact, Android is specifically mentioned:
You see, Narayen was talking about hardware coming out in the second half, but Flash 10.1 itself will still be arriving "to first mobile platforms including Android ... before the end of the first half of 2010."
