The Dolphin browser seems to do Flash by itself. I installed it yesterday, don't have Flash installed, and I can watch Youtube videos.
Or you can go to Flash Player Archive and install the latest one for your version of Android. (Not all Android browsers support Flash - UC does, Firefox does when it wants to.)
