I use Adobe Illustrator to pattern out furniture and housing layouts. The reasons being:
1) Very easy to use "Line tool"
2) Good grid (graph paper) layout
3) Snap to grid function with good prediction
Adobe photoshop has a show grid function, but doesnt work as well and the line tool sucks, thus why I wont use Photoshop Touch.
All I need is a drawing program, I DONT CARE ABOUT COLORS! If I can make it look like graph paper, adjust the gridlines, draw lines which snap to grid, and be able to choose between dashed and solid lines, thats all I need. Seemingly the options I want are only there as an addition to a whole conglomeration of other stuff.
Does anybody know of a program that gives snap-to-grid, graph paper look, with line tool? Pay I can deal with, long as it does what I want.
Thanks.
