Adobe reader, how do you 'save' the file?

[deltaforce]

Anybody knows how to save highlighting on a pdf using Adobe reader. There doesn't seem to be any 'save' option. I have no activated cloud service so no chance of storing in cloud.

Thanks in advance.

PS - And if anybody could tell me where my saved highlighting went, that will be great.
