Ads always coming on the notification bar

I always see these adverts coming on the notification bars. This is also happening on my kindle.

Anyone knows what's goin on?

It'll let you tell which app is causing it so you can uninstall them

you can also just long press on the notification and go to app info, and it will show you which app is showing the ads
