Help Ads on Screen

Hi,

Since I have change my phone from Motorola to Samsung DUOS GT-I8262, i have receiving full screen ads, how ever i have Hard Reset my phone again same problem, even then i have created new google ID and hard reset and no new apps installed but the problem not resolve. Even my Wifi automatically get on even i took if off few second back. some time unwanted software installed such as "Clean It" etc

Note: I received ads only when my WiFi connected (only internet source)
I did not get the problem, it might be any spyware/Malware install in ROM, It might,

I am not technically sound to understand the problem, i have read various forums try various anti mal/spyware software but failed.

Please help in this regards.

Samsung Galaxy Core, dual-SIM version intended for Asia. Is it showing these full-screen ads after you've factory reset it haven't installed any apps at all? Do you know if it's rooted or not, did you buy it new or second-hand, and where did you buy it?
