Advance Task Killer

[smurftastic]

Since when did it start getting advertisements? Never in the past have I had advertisements until today when I downloaded Angry Monkeys [stupidest game ever by the way.] So I went to my Advance Task Killer in the top, and killed a few apps, well suddenly I noticed there's an advertisement for it. It sucks too, because I want it to be clean and free. So now I can't even get that in the drop down menu with tasker. I go to it through apps and it takes a longer process. I've had my droid for a month now. I love it to pieces, but I hate this change. May be minor to some, but to me it's a PIA.

You downloaded an app with airpush (or airpush like) advertisements. Download and install this app: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.denper.addonsdetector&hl=en

It'll tell you which ones do it so you can remove them.

Adds in free apps are coming more common. This is how developers can still make money without charging for their apps.

BTW, Task Killers are not needed. With the current Android OS version it manages the apps itself so using a task killer can use up more battery. My recommendation is to just uninstall the Task Killer app.
