Root advantages to rooting new Gal SIII?

I just bought a new SIII. I have an HTC evo 4G I'm using now. The evo is rooted. I have a lot of apps on the phone, of course the bulk of them on the XD card. I want to know what are the advantages to rooting the SIII? It already is fast and has 16 times the storage of the evo. I can download a tethering app.

Pretty much the same benefit as rooting your Evo. If you have apps the require root permissions than your going to need to root it.

If I root the phone and use a stock rom can I move complete apps to the memory card? I guess I'm also concerned about getting the android 4.2 update. When it rolls out on Sprint. Is there a good stable rom for the SIII that already uses 4.2?

I had an evo before I got the s3 I would leave the apps on the phones memory on the s3 it doesn't slow it down like the evo.

Advantages of rooting:
1. LED notifications for email app - not just gmail!
2. Get rid of bloatware!

That's it for me - some will say Titanium Backup - but that never worked for me.
