advice about cube u30gt

I have recently bought this tablet for my son.
I have discovered it doesn't like being used when it is actually charging!
the whole thing becomes ultra sensitive and keystrokes are hyper so you are maybe in search mode and trying to type in info and it will repeat letters, flick between things you haven't asked it to do and be impossible to use when on charge....
Is this a general issue with all of these oris there something wrong with this tablet?
Has anyone had the same or similar issue?
