Looking for a few pointers here.
The background to this is that I had an Orange simlocked phone which I had debranded and to whcih I applied the recent update. This did the wifi in as reported. In order to fix this, I got an unlock code and flashed with the latest rom, so all is now well with my phone.
I used mybackup (free) to save my setup before doing the flash and in doing this I backed up my contacts which were on the phone. The recovery from this worked fine until I tried to do a google sync and I am getting the "com.process.gapp" force close error whenever I try to sync google contacts.
Any ideas on how to fix this? I'm thinking to clear all my contacts off the phone and then sync again but I'm not sure how to do that. Any clues? and woudl that work
