Root Advice on rooting my HTC Legend

Hi,

I'm wondering if anyone would be able to point me to a correct tutorial for my situation. I'm wanting to root my HTC Legend with HBOOT: 1.01 and Android 2.2. This is my first time rooting an android device so if I could get some advice it'd be much appreciated.

Each device has different methods for rooting. You would be best asking this in the sub-forum for your device (HTC Legend - Android Forums), as other users are the best to help out. There is even an "all things root" section within the sub-forum!
