Your PC should have a USB port. Plug in your phone cable to it and make sure your phone is now connected by USB. Use Windows explorer and open a window to your phone storage. Open a second window to your pictures that are on the PC. Copy and paste to any of the phones folders that you wish. Done. Now go to your gallery app on the phone and view your pictures
