Lurker
Hey guys, I've had my Galaxy S for a while now, about a year or so, with Froyo 2.2. Recently, my phone just randomly stopped working on me, so I had to reset everything, including the firmware.
So now I am back to the beginning. The phone is like it was when I first got it. Any tips/suggestions on what I should do? Upgrade it to Froyo again? Root it? Got some nice apps for my phone? If so, could you link me a guide or a tutorial? Like anyone, I just want to be able to make my phone run much faster and smoother.
- I also heard about this Ice Cream Sandwich thing. Not being a tech-savvy guy, I have no idea what that is, except its a version for android phones, like Froyo. It's probably been asked before, but is there a way to update my Galaxy S Vibrant to a ICS? If so, how and is it better than Froyo?
