Advice?

Ive rooted my sensation and flashed CdTDroiD's Pyramid3D rom which has really set my phone apart from when i first received her which is awesome
Couple of ?'s tho...
I flashed version 7.5.0 however want to flash the lastest version 7.6.1, can i just flash and get on with it or is it a total wipe then re-flash?
Also on the curious side of things, is it possible to lower the battery percentage minimum mark for when the phone no longer allows camera flash/flashlight... possible??

Added - Sorry peoples, would of posted this on the ROM thread at XDA but im locked from posting anything in that particular sub-forum as im a new member there (not enough posts).

Normally the dev would say if a wipe was needed but if it's just an update from the previous version (with the same base) then a wipe shouldn't be needed
