ADW Launcher EX Help

Folks,

I have a HTC Sensation, Sim free, UK spec, v 2.3.4 Sense v3. Not rooted.

Have loaded ADW EX, and the icons in the dock are always white squares. I have put folders containing 5/6 Apps there, on the Home Page they show the pic of last App loaded. On the Dock, just a white square.
I have put single Apps there e.g Google Maps, a Pic on the home screen, and white square in the dock.

I have gone through the settings until I am sick of it, mind you I also went through a 1/3 bottle of Famouse Grouse as well, mixed with a little IRN BRU.

Also, I can only get 5 Home Screens, the various posts I havde read say 7 or 9.

Any ideas, thoughts gratefully received - except ease off on the Grouse.

;)

I'm not sure whats causing the dock issue but I can help with the added home screens. Once the launcher is running just hit menu then go to edit and hit + or - to add/subtract home screens. Be careful if you change the desktop indicator type under ui setting/screen preferences though because some layouts only allow 5 screens (they are still saved though so don't worry).

Many thanks for the quick reply, I'll check it out later. I did alter the UI settings come to think of it, and I wonder if that is part of my problem.
If I can't get it to work, Ill go back to the default and start again.

regarding the monochromatic icons in the dock:

Go into ADWSettings>UI Settings>Main Dock>Advanced Settings and uncheck Dock Icons Tint. Then you can have normal icons in the dock.

Brilliant - works.

Yes, it was down to me mucking about with the UI settings when I 1st installed the App.
Was trying to try the different settings out and see what did what.

Right, going to start messing around again and set it up to my liking.
I may have to come back again if I mess up.

Many thanks to all for the help and replies.
