The woman says "Please don't be stupid. You aren't under arrest we need to verify who you are based on your lack of co-operation with us we need to cuff you. Once you are verified we will let you be on your way. If we can not verify who you are we will release you back onto your ship but you may not pass the blockade, if you try to do something stupid I can not commit to these conditions"

The other doctor attends to smith..."he is still alive..."

Stumpy tried to wear a pair of iArmy boots and is obviously not in the iArmy I suppose he didn't know what they were. I am pretty sure you are not who you say you are and I don't know your intentions in my city. However the battles between the two factions have gotten so out of hand that it has driven most of the city to flee which is why we have the blockade set up and why most of our government officials are here. If you are going to be able to stop the fighting we will be grateful but if you are going to go and cause it to be worse then we will not let you pass"
