"Okay here you go this is a refugee flag" It is a white flag with a blue circle in the middle and black characters in the circle. Looks like this
"Fly that flag from here on out and keep these pins on your" he hands you blue pins that have the same characters as the flag. "They identify you as refugees, you will not be charged to dock when you arrive and should be able to stay at the inn for free"
Can't wait for someone to figure out what it says

btw iArmy scout ships move at speed of 60 knots and armored battleships at 40 knots ,the air craft carrier moves at 30 knots .Judging by their speed ,if they decide to come here ,you have atleast five days to prepare a defense . They have atleast Four scout ships ."

The docks are packed with many ships flying the refugee flag. Forgam is not a normal port city but more of a vacation hot spot with spas and hotels. There is a section of the beach available for sunbathing and playing in the ocean. Other attractions include an amusement park, hotsprings, the largest casino in the country, several arcades, the Forgam lottery offices, several public pools...
There is a man on the docks directing you where to park the boat, once docked he comes on board "So refugees huh...You will need these" he gives everyone on board a folder that details what there is to do in Forgam and a voucher for a free stay in a local hotel. "And while you are here be sure to visit some of our attractions in the folder there are coupons for discounts for some of our attactions" He then sees Mimzy "Oh...you have a pet he will need to be kept on this" and hands Smith a harness and leash that will fit Mimzy. "Have fun here do not get into a fight as we have strict rules on violence, do any of you have any questions?"
