hi helpies... 
HTC Dsire HD (from h3g UK)
i have and hTc desire hd (ace). that was locked by h3g uk. first i paid some shop to unlock thie set for other sim use. then now i wanted to upgrade the rom. this was first time ever i tried. downloaded different tool kits (ace tool kit, windroid etc)
somehow, after hours tension i managed to unlock the bootloader.
installed CWM with the help of windroid.
and then copied cm-JellyTime10_42_r11 rom.
opened the cwm from windroid. now i have data erased, cache wiped and installed from sd card the zip file (i renamed the rom file by update).
after flashing the rom, when it reboots... the phone stucks at huge "3" written on screen.
i gave it whole night assuming the first boot takes time.
help help help help please....this is the only set i have...
and i am at beginner level in this.
