My phone (Droid Razr Max) just upgraded to Jelly Bean. When I happen to be looking at the screen and a call comes in, I see the persons picture and ID, however, no ringtone. Never was an issue before. I have looked at all the settings and they all seem to be what the need to be. Anybody got any ideas.

Did you do a factory reset? Mine did the same thing with the first jb update
a few things
first, resets after a major OS update is just good practice - there's SO much crap it cleans out, and it solves a ton of problems.
second, i'm betting that the path changed as to where the ringtone was stored when the phone updated. see above as to "solves a ton of problems".
