Help After system update, system reboots after entering Pin in the encrypted login.

Last night, there was a system update available for my Samsung S3. After the update, I can enter the pin in the encrypted login, it displays the following in this order:

display the green android as usual
the word "SAMSUNG",
Gallaxy sIII Samsung
boot up splash screen with 4glte
back to "SAMSUNG"
and back to the pin prompt

Has this happened to anybody else?

Is there a fix?

I guess I was just not patient enough. The phone finally completed the Android update. 17 hours later.

Lol glad you got there in the end. I was about to suggest a factory reset
