Help After the Tab2 update today Google Chrome no longer supported.

Galaxy Tab2 47

Android Enthusiast
Seems after the Samsung update this morning to my Tab2 I find my Google Chrome is no longer supported. What has happened?

I was forced to use the Samsung play store App. to download the Google chrome program file I did not use it the first time I downloaded it, just got it from Google off the Net. But I still don't understand why the update removed it.

Wow I didn't even noticed that since the icon was left in the menu and I haven't used chrome in a few days. I just tried to open it and it says Application not installed. Maybe its for the best, it was crashing on everyones tablet when you tried to access chrome sittings. Maybe now with a reinstall it might have fixed that issue.

*Edit* After reinstalling it still crashes trying to open its settings, what a POS*

Just go to the Samsung Play Store App. and download it again. For some unknown reason they removed the original file and when I went to Google on the net. The file I downloaded was not supported. I had to get it from the Play Store.
