After two days, screen is kaputt!

So last night I was riding in the car using my hero. All of a sudden 2 lines appeared across the screen horizontally about 1" up from bottom. Can't fix it. Tried a hard reset to factory and still there. Any suggestions? I am traveling in Chicago today so will find a sprint store for exchange. I have TEP. But at 2 days old should it just be swapped for a new one and not affect TEP?

BestBuy swapped it out no questions asked. Of course the new one has dust under the glass. Ugh.

Not planning on it, but I have to say, some dust specs are much easier to deal with right now than those 2 lines were! Probably get the dusty one swapped out this week sometime.
