Root Again me :( Camera :(

I have finnaly been happy with galaxo and new problem
I dont have camera app or camrecorder,nothing
On button it isnt working,on galaxo+ I have enabled button but nothing,inapplications I havent camera firmware
Help
 
Well, at least now the app is there. Not sure about the FC's. How many apps do you have on the home screen ? Just curious because the people who were having problems with the camera in 1.6.3.3 ( and I think .4 ), had a lot of apps on the home screen. Once they were cleaned up a bit, problems were reduced/eliminated. I personally have never had a camera issue. I also have very little on my home screen(s).
 
Just for the hell of it, try removing all your widgets (they go back on easy enough). Re-boot and try it again. If that doesn't work, I am officially out of ideas.
 
Maybe, you can try GAOSP to see if you have camera app problem there.
Or revert to your previous Android to test if it works there.
 
Buddy reduce number of home screens to 3 if you have many and also try reducing number of widgets installed on them to free up some memory.

Try Now. I have seen cases in which this works.

Like weasel sad it does work (I have it installed on my Galaxy :D). You must download the version of GAOSP from 26 of August (26082010 nightly build). Of course in this version of nightly the camcorder still crashes, but in the next build the camcorder will work normally (also the effects will be implemented in the build), but for that version we have to wait patiently. :p
