Root Ahh, Urgent Help...

So the latest CM12 update screwed my phone. I'd already had a backup handy so I was getting ready to backup.

Now when I restore (PhilZ)

>> Checking MD5 sums

E: Cannot open md5file

E: MD5 verification failed!

Any help? I really don't want to factory reset. I want to restore from a backup. Anyway to get PhilZ to ignore the error? I already tried CWM.

It said:

No Backups Found.

Also already tried:

Deleting the MD5 File

Moving to Computer then moving back to the restore folder

Renaming the MD5 with Notepad++ to nothing

All the same errors still.
