Awesome! Glad I could help. The boot loop issue is fixed with cwm 6.0.1.1. I'm not sure if the otablock. zip works or not.

Yes, the block works. I started taking the ota, flashed the block and my phone hasn't tried to take it again.

Well, it looks like the ota block worked for me, i haven't gotten any requests so far..after your help, when i got it up and running it d/l'ed it again and asked me to install - only option was to remind me later so i went ahead and installed it...24 hrs later no news from Verizon! Working just as it was, now i can't wait for a ROM built off of ICS Thanks again! :congrats:

I meant to follow up and say it might have worked too well... After I flashed the update blocker, I couldn't get stock to recognize there was an OTA update. I had to push it manually.
