Airport City - Friend Code & Trades thread

Well the new version of Airport City just arrived and they've added the feature to add neighbours and give gifts, including a lot of unique items required for constructing certain buildings.

So I'm looking for fellow Airport City players who are around level 20 to talk and organise to give gifts that we really need to each other!

If you are around this level (or at most a couple less) then post in this thread or send me a private message and let's take this game to the next level :)

Edit: We're getting a big response, so let's try to make this a little more structured...

Remember to list your username, your friend code, your level and a list of items you need at the moment so we can work out who is who in the game.

Reaney as you should know by now I've already added you and got your whiteboard and sent it right back :)

adry: all the neighbour/friend stuff is under the friends button at the bottom (with the three people picture), click it and then choose the menu option with the same 3 people picture again. In there go to the "Friend Codes" tab and your friend code is listed there. It also has a box for you to enter other people's friend codes to add them as neighbours. Once you have neighbours you can go to the gift button at the bottom and send people anything that you have unlocked up to level you are.

Am I the only one that can only add five friends a day? How do you get to visit, and why do i have friend requests that say awaiting reply. I sent one to myself from my tablet and I never got the reply I was waiting for. I am on level 25 on my tablet and like 15 on my phone. I added the friend code on the friend code tab...and got 100 tokens, but I think I am missing something.?

Hi kittesmylz, I can't say that I understand the new neighbour system enough yet, only been playing around with it for the last couple of hours, but for the few people that I've added, I added a friend code and it acted just like it did before the patch where it just gives you 100 coins and says nothing else. But then maybe 5 or 10 minutes later an exclamation mark appeared over the friends button at the bottom and the person whose code I had added had appeared in the Waiting tab till they accepted/added me back. Visiting neighbours seems disabled at the moment or something...

For instance I added the first of the 4 codes you listed in your post and got 100 coins, then 5 minutes later I had the alert and now you are listed in my Waiting tab. You should hopefully get an alert about me adding you soon and then we will be listed in each other's Neighbours tabs and will be able to send gifts to each other.

I'll add the second code you listed there now, which I assume is your phone account, but what are the last two?

Edit: I just tried to add the second code and it did not give me coins nor give me an error, perhaps there is something wrong with that account? Have you updated both your phone and your tablet? Maybe accounts need to have the latest version of Airport City to be added as new style neighbours thing or something?

Edit 2: I see you got my add and I received your gift of fuel, thanks! But I would really like gifts of unique rare items that I need (which is really the main point of this thread - making the very rare items easier to obtain) and obviously in turn we can give you any items that you need, so please let us know what items you need and I'll be happy to send some your way.

At the moment I need a Textbook, Shredders, Cash Counters, Server Racks, Stamps.. the list goes on :)
 
That's brilliant adry! Thanks so much for the promo code! Out of interest where do these weekend promo codes come from and how did you find it out? Also I added you to my neighbours.

kittesmylz I replied to your post in the other thread, perhaps we can get a few people together around the same levels and set up some sort of wishlist thing or something :)

Great! I can't send you those items till I'm level 21, but I'm about 3/4 of the way through level 20, so as soon as I level up those things will be coming your way!

Also, if your nickname in Airport City doesn't match your name on these forums, put your in game nickname next to what you need so we can tell who is who :)
