Airtel rcconf problem.

Can someone please please solve this problem of having an irritating Airtel rcconf page redirect whenever I'm trying to open websites ? Cleared cookies.. etc.. reinserted sim.. contacted Airtel customer care who are complete morons.. those websites like Yahoo Facebook etc are opening easily when I'm on hotspot of another network. I'm using honor 6x marshmallow.. searched the net and tried all solutions but not working.. pls help.. this happens everytime I recharge the Airtel prepaid internet plan

Use an ad blocker such as Adguard, from the play store

Well thanks but it ain't working adware blockers cudnt find any fix..
