Is there a way to bypass the airwatch launcher?

Which app is this exactly? I tried searching the Play Store for Airwatch but there are a whole slew of different apps, none of which claimed to be a launcher (at least in its name - I didn't open all of the app descriptions to check).

The usual way to bypass a launcher is to use a different launcher. But that makes me think that maybe I've not understood your question correctly.

its called airwatch launcher, what it does on the device in question is basically lock the user out of everything expect certain apps. you cant even get into the settings of the device. im looking for a way to disable it or a work around for it.
