Help alarm at midnight

i have htc incredable. i use google calender linked to my phone.
if i have an all day event (which i have almost everyday), and i ask the phone to send me a reminder, it does so at midnight.

So every midnight my phone goes off and starts chiming, and the calender is shown on the phone with the events of the next day.

i really dont want these midnight chimes.

You can edit whether or not an alarm goes off for the event.
Or don't set it as an all day event and pick a start time.
