Alarm clock not ringing?

Hi ,

My alarm clock will not ring but just flashes up briefly on the screen.

Checked volume and settings, clear the cache of the app but to no avail.

As I use the alarm for regular reminders I might need to look for a similar app, any good suggestions?

I have used Calendar Snooze forever! https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.bitfire.development.calendarsnooze. It can use any sound on your phone and has never let me down.

Check that the alarm volume is up.
On a Galaxy phone when you set the alarm and select tone ect..... You can also set the Volume.
Don't know about other phone though.

I'm not sure this is the answer, but see if the phone acts differently when it's plugged in vs when it's not.

Happened to me as well. I just use 2 alarms because I still don't trust it even though it hasn't done it in a while.
