Help Alarm on S7

On my S5 the name of the alarm was actually spoken as the alarm would first start going off. Ex. Name of alarm meeting in 3 minutes would actually be spoken in whatever voice I had set up on my phone for spoken text. I can't seem to get this set up the same on my S7. Can anyone tell me what I'm forgetting to do?

Maybe you could look at the S7 section of the forum. I personally have no idea. My old phones never spoke the name of the alarm, and I don't think I'd want it to.
