Alarm Problem with Incredible S!!

Hi y'all... I have just purchased a new HTC Incredible S and have a very annoying alarm going off at 11:45 P.M. ! I cannot find it in any of my alarm/notifications/or app's! Can anyone help? (My wife is getting angry with me to shut it off) It must be shut off by Volume down to zero, or by removing the battery and re-installing.

Help??

That's pretty strange. You may want to do a factory reset. And/or uninstall all your apps one by one to see if you can find the culprit.
