Alarm Repeat Every 4 Weeks

I work on a 4 week shift schedule. Is there a reliable App out there that I can set an alarm to come on every 4 weeks? And I would probably need to set 14 different alarms.

I downloaded that Gemini Calendar and have been playing around with it. I have noticed it uses the notification ringer. I always put the notification and ringtone ringer on silent when I sleep. I set the schedule to come on and it does nothing. Is there something out there that uses the alarm function?
