Alarms and lock screen notifications

Okay, 2 questions..

1. On the lock screen (when screen is off and you press the power button) it shows an active program that is running and I can't seem to remove it as long as that program is running. Does anyone know how to change this? There doesn't seem to be as many options as my old S3..

2. The new alarm snooze only allows 3 snoozes at 5 min intervals. My "old" S3 has many more options to change this. Can this be changed and if so how? All I can see is to turn the snooze on or off.

2. I am having same issue, old galaxy4 had smart alarms. No way to change the default that i can see
