Cant find the A53 5G in the devices list; maybe too new?

Just got the A53 with Andriod 13 update. Also used Smart Switch to copy across data from old A7.
Problem is that when I press Gallery I get a whole load of Album Art covers showing as Albums. I cannot find the path to where these albums are created. As they are Gallery albums it is no good selecting them to get "Details" I want to delete them as I suspect they are duplicates in internal storage as my music files are stored on an SD card.
Any advise please?
