Root Alcatel One Touch Fierce Bricked!! Desperate fro help

Ok so it all started when i wanted to changed a spot in the build.prop to access a music app that was only available for samsung devices. I had to reboot my phone in order for it to save and once i rebooted it , it got stuck on the metro pcs screen. I tried factory resetting and wiping the cache, but that didnt work at all. I dont know what to do now . I REALLY REALLY need my phone to work so if anyone can ppleeeeease help me it would mean the world
 
sorry to here of your softbrick. I can only sugest that you try to hit safe mode and undo what you edited in the build prop.

when you phone starts up hold the power for about seven seconds
when the white alcatel with the blue writing screen comes up ,
start spaminng both volume buttons at the same time,
If you get lucky the phone will boot in safe mode. your in fix it.

Good luck I hope you don't need to make the walk of shame back to the store for a warranty.:(

i know im really late in saying what i have to say now. but that didnt work at all for me. Is there any other way? i want to adb push/pull the build prop file but i didnt make a back up of it. so is there any way i can get the build.prop file?

Here's just a hint for future reference, when you want to edit build.prop you must have busybox fully installed. Without busybox it will softbrick. I did the exact same thing and luckily I had a friend that worked at metro, he booted mine up in safe mode and fixed the build.prop settings. Then he told me what I did wrong and I had completely forgot to install busybox. I assume you were trying to get milk music? Its not worth the time and effort trust me. Lookup Pandora patcher and download the newest Pandora and have fun :)

yes i was trying to usemilk music , i have one question . do u have any idea of how he got u into safe mode while your phone was soft bricked ?
