Help alcatel one touch fierce help

Lurker
i have a one touch fierce that was given to me to use, it has a bit of water damage but still works the problem is that its pattern locked and the person who gave me it doesn't remember the gmail its linked to or the pattern to unlock it.
i have searched and searched for a way to factory reset it and i had found the power + vol up button method but its not working for some reason.

does anyone know of a way i can hook it up to a pc and use some kind of tool to delete the pattern lock on it or something, i called t mobile and they said that they can't do it in store.

i don't know if the debugging is on or not, i doubt it is though, is there no way to get into it without needing the debugging turned on?

Try pulling the battery.

Hold volume up on the phone and plug in to USB
Drop battery in and unplug USB when you see the first logo. Might kick to recovery.

hay i now with my phone it is tricky to get into recovery. you need to press volume(+) , volume(-) and power all at the same. sometimes it will work other times no but it will get the job done. some wite text with a back background will appear the instructions to do the rest will be on the screen. also before u can do this the make sure u power down the phone, wait 30~40 seconds then do what i just listed until that menu i listed earlier come up.

let me know if this works for u and glad to help.

*i have the same phone and this is what i have to do.*
