Alchemy

I've been playing Alchemy for a few days and once had access to the Settings, but can't remember how. There is no menu at the top of my screen, and I can't figure out how to get it. I'd like to clear my workspace, because dragging 200 icons into the trash is really getting old.

I'm thinking I accidentally selected a full screen option somewhere and don't know how to get rid of it.

Any ideas?
 
I'm using a rooted Nook Color and had to go into Settings through Softkeys. Finally! Got myself out of Full Screen and access to Clear Workspace! Yea!

romania - Dracula came from .....
egypt - Worshipped creature
germany - 'Das Auto'
china - 2012 will be the year of the ....

You can make coca-cola, dont ask me how though. I've installed it to my phone but I forget what I have cos you have to flip from screen to screen so I have to admit I've mainly googled ALOT (hence me finding this thread lol!!!)
 
I completed this not long ago but then had to do a hard format of my fone n had to start again :( Mind you ive plenty of time at work at nights now.
 
Ok aside from the latest update i am still missing things and its annoying me now. Spent ages on wikipedia trying to find clues but cant get the combinations. Can anyone give me hints for

Saltpeter

I am addicted to this game but I am slightly sad that a some combinations I tried don't make anything.

For example:
Sound + Boiler (IMHO) Should make a whistling Kettle
Sound + Storm == Thunder
Or for fun
Vampire + wood == ash
Lichen + vampire == "Underworld"
 
The new update is out of 10 elements.

Five previous terminal elements are non-terminal now: ceramics, China, Mexico, robot, Star Wars.

Found one new element so far... (I'll space down in case some don't want to see-no combo-just element)

Well, vampire plus a certain wooden object will give you ash. For the others you can always use the suggest feature in the game.
 
There should be a list of things you need to make, I started it just guessing and just putting things together then I am stuck and just google and cheat. My kids are doing it without cheating but I havent a clue!

Oh n btw - scotch whiskey = alcohol + peat.

You've probably got it by now but am out of cybercirculation on account of a dead laptop!
